00-10

2000-2010. Before the Voglerbrigge era, Rolando experimented with performance, music, essay, speech, poetry and short fiction, writing numerous stories—a large part of which remain lost. He made his first short film—also lost—and furthered his concentration on drawing, photography, sculpture, painting and design, which led to him formally studying architecture. With this influence, Rolando began designing for stage and film productions. Before designing performance-based projects, his focus was drawing, painting and architectural design. This architectural training established the sketching, model making and digital rendering process that he continues to employ today.
